Description
The Supervisor Success Academy (SSA) focuses on ensuring supervisors and managers understand their responsibilities and have the foundational knowledge and skills required to effectively support and manage diverse teams.
Certification
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion for the series upon completion of all thirteen (13) courses. Participants must complete all courses within an 18-month period to acquire the certificate. Pre-requisites:
• Priority will be given to current supervisors and managers; however, those aspiring for these roles are also welcome to join the certification program.
• Preference will be given to those already enrolled in the Pathways to Learning courses.
• There are no pre-requisites for any of the courses within the series. Each course functions as a stand-alone learning opportunity.
• All courses must be completed within 18 months of program enrollment to receive the certificate.

1. Increased access to skill and knowledge requirements to effectively perform your duties
