Description
The Supervisor Success Academy (SSA) focuses on ensuring supervisors and managers understand their responsibilities and have the foundational knowledge and skills required to effectively support and manage diverse teams.
Certification
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion for the series upon completion of all thirteen (13) courses. Participants must complete all courses within an 18-month period to acquire the certificate. If you have completed any of the required courses within 12 months of the program start date or have any questions about the course offerings, please email learningandyou@gov.pe.ca
Pre-requisites:
• Priority will be given to current supervisors and managers; however, those aspiring for these roles are also welcome to join the certification program.
• Preference will be given to those already enrolled in the Pathways to Learning courses.
• There are no pre-requisites for any of the courses within the series. Each course functions as a stand-alone learning opportunity.
• All courses must be completed within 18 months of program enrollment to receive the certificate.
Application
To enroll in the program, please fill out the webform and select the "Supervisor Success Academy (SSA) Certificate Series" option from the dropdown list.

1. Increased access to skill and knowledge requirements to effectively perform your duties
2. Increased networking and collaboration with colleagues
3. Increased knowledge of your responsibilities as a supervisor to ensure the health and safety of employees
4. Improved employee experience for staff seeking support from supervisors
5. Increased ability to create an environment where diverse teams are able to reach their full potential
