As a supervisor at Beech Residence, he offers hope and support to vulnerable youth. Kurtis's leadership is marked by a quiet yet powerful presence. He listens attentively, offering calm reassurance that fosters self-awareness and growth. His respect for others shines in every interaction, from greetings to handshakes. His ability to guide, teach, and listen without judgment has earned him widespread respect. He leads with unwavering dedication and compassion, making everyone feel valued and supported. Building strong relationships is at the core of Kurtis's leadership. He cultivates trust and professionalism among his staff, valuing diverse opinions, cultures, and backgrounds. Addressing difficult issues head-on, Kurtis ensures concerns are resolved sensitively and inclusively. He actively creates a positive environment for all.
