This course will provide managers with the tools to strategically address conflicts that arise in the workplace. In particular, this course discusses the importance of early intervention in managing and resolving workplace conflicts, discusses conflict resolution tools available, provides guidance on when managers should involve HR and unions, provides managers with the tools, tips and tricks on how to have difficult conversations with employees, and discusses the after effects of conflict in the workplace, providing strategies on how to rebuild morale and cohesiveness in the workplace following conflict.
