How are you spending your time? Is it meeting your needs or leaving you empty? Do you often feel you don’t get enough time for what matters? Perhaps feeling stressed about how much you must get done in the run of a day? People who intentionally spend their time in ways which meet their needs are more fulfilled, have better health, more happiness, more fun, better focus, improved work performance, improved relationships, and reduced conflict.
This participatory half-day course will help you gain personal insight into where your challenges lie, learn to assess your real must dos, consider how to say no, and identify research-based strategies to move towards feeling more happiness and balance at work and at home.
Learning Outcomes: Understanding the impact of not meeting certain universal needs. Awareness of how your time is currently spent and the impact of those choices/habits. Identify opportunities for increasing the amount of time spent on your priority needs to have more happiness and balance.
