Step 4: Make a Plan

Now that you have decided on what your next career move will be it is time for the final step in the career planning process, making a plan. You have determined where you want to go and now it is time to figure out how you are going to get there. For example, if you have decided that you are going to apply on a new job, working on your resume may be a part of your final plan.
