The Department of Health and Wellness Health Promotion team will walk attendees through several workplace wellness concepts.  Meghan Adams, Erin Cusack, and Melissa Munro-Bernard will provide examples of workplace wellness policy and best practices, and discuss the individual actions, interpersonal support and social/physical environments that support a culture of workplace wellness.

Meghan, Erin and Melissa are the Chief Public health Office's Community Engagement Team.  Their purpose is to help support changes to the social and environmental conditions that contribute to chronic disease and health inequities.  They do this by providing education and using a health equity lens to develop and support public policy that promotes a healthy population, and working with community partners to encourage healthy lifestyles.
