Project management is the practice of planning, organizing, and implementing resources to deliver defined outcomes. It is a broad discipline encompassing initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Each component works together to guide projects to success.
This course is designed for employees at the start of their project management journey, providing practical tools and templates that can be immediately applied to workplace projects. Through interactive activities and group discussions, this workshop will review essential components within project plans
Outcomes & Applications in the Workplace:
- By the end of the course, employees will be able to integrate communications, stakeholder management, risk identification, as well as monitoring and evaluation into their daily work.
- Employees will be equipped to apply the tools and templates to projects of any size, whether current or upcoming.
