In this course, participants will learn how to complete an Anti-Racism Impact Assessment.
Learning Outcomes:
• Knows how to analyze the impact of the design and implementation of policies and legislation on racialized communities
• Knows how to identify and potentially reduce or eliminate any barriers
• Understands systemic racism and common barriers that marginalized communities are subjected to
• Understands the difference between anti-racism and EDI
