This course will focus on helping managers navigate and successfully manage employees on sick leave, injury on duty leave, and throughout the return to work process. This course will also discuss the duty to accommodate and common issues that managers face in light of this obligation. In particular, this course will discuss what information the employer needs from employees on sick leave, WCB leave, and during the return to work process. This course will also discuss identifying suitable accommodations and the limits of the duty to accommodate.
