It takes some time and training to become a certified mediator, and yet informal medication skills, knowledge and techniques can be used by managers and supervisors to help facilitate conflict resolution in the workplace. This course will be instructed by a Certified Mediator and will provide managers and supervisors a detailed look at the tools and skills they need to act as informal mediators in resolving employee conflicts, as well as how managers and supervisors can implement restorative initiatives in the workplace following a conflict event.
