This course will provide managers and supervisors with the tools and skills that they need to effectively manage and address conflicts that may arise in the workplace. Utilizing real life case examples, we will provide managers with in-depth practice on how to how to have challenging conversations with employees and how to resolve conflict through the use of issue-based problem solving.
