Length: Two 2.5 hour sessions
Audience: Supervisors, Managers, Directors and Other Employees
Participants will examine the characteristics of a multi-generational workforce. Participants will explore the dynamics of a multi-generational workforce and why they are key to the success of organizations. They will develop an understanding of career stages and what motivates employees at various stages in their career, including what messages employees need to hear to be attracted to and/or attached to an organization. Participants will also identify challenges and best practices for leading and managing a multi-generational workforce and reflect on what they can personally do to implement best practices in their workplace.
