Family Violence Prevention Training - 3 hours (Available to all employees, managers and supervisors are encouraged to attend)
This training is provided by the government’s Family Violence Prevention and Community Development Coordinator with representatives from other government services and the island-wide provider of community support services, PEI Family Violence Prevention Services. The purpose is to educate staff on the dynamics of abusive relationships and the impact on children, the impact on workplace safety and wellness, government and community resources available to help, and the role of workplaces in family violence prevention.
