Exploring Post-Investigation Workplace Restoration Strategies

This session explores the aftermath of workplace harassment investigations, providing Government of Prince Edward Island managers and supervisors with the tools they need to proactively manage and restore the workplace after an investigation has been conducted. Using case studies and facilitated discussions, managers and supervisors will consider the impact of investigations on the workplace, explore methods to contain the negative impact of an investigation on workplace culture, explore methods that can be taken post-investigation to restore adverse effects on morale and culture in the workplace, and discuss practical strategies to effectively set conduct expectations within the workplace to proactively mitigate harassment-related risks.
