Employee Assistance Program: Supervisor Assisted Referrals

Audience:    Supervisors, Managers and Directors

Supervisor Assisted Referral Training is designed to assist supervisors, managers and HR Managers to initiate an intervention with an employee whose work performance is in decline, and it appears it may be of a personal nature, rather than an issue related to the work itself.  

Objectives:
-    Prepare for and conduct a performance review
-    Be familiar with skills that can help ensure a successful EAP Referral
-    Be able to identify a troubled employee
-    Understand when and how to work with the Employee Assistance Program
