Audience: PSC Admin Support Team
Join us for a comprehensive training session designed to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the new Enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This session will feature role-based training tailored to the unique needs of the PSC Admin Team. Participants will gain hands-on experience with key system functions, such as posting job ads, screening candidates for eligibility, scheduling interviews, offer management and communicating with candidates. By the end of the session, users will feel equipped to integrate the ATS into their daily workflows, improving efficiency and decision-making across all stages of the hiring process.
Objectives:
- Discover how simple it is to post job ads.
- Learn about the power of pre-selection questionnaires and how to confidently screen applicants for eligibility.
- Navigate the interview module with ease.
- Simplify how we stay connected with candidates through automated messaging.
- Learn how to navigate approvals and create letters of offer for successful candidates.
