Audience: HPEI HR Managers, HR Coordinators and Employee Services Assistants
Join us for a comprehensive training session designed to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the new Enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This session will feature role-based training tailored to the unique needs of HPEI HR Teams. Participants will gain hands-on experience with key system functions, such as receiving requisitions, drafting job ads, communicating with candidates, reporting, and offer management. By the end of the session, users will feel equipped to integrate the ATS into their daily workflows, improving efficiency and decision-making across all stages of the hiring process.
Objectives:
- Become familiar with referencing.
- Easily submit secure documents, including letters of offer to successful candidates.
- Learn how to run reports on key hiring data.
