Audience: Health PEI Hiring Managers
Join us for a comprehensive training session designed to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the new Enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This session will feature role-based training tailored to the unique needs of Health PEI Hiring Managers. Participants will gain hands-on experience with key systems functions such as reviewing draft job ads, screening applications, recording interview notes and scores, and referencing. By the end of the session, users will feel equipped to integrate the ATS into their daily workflows, improving efficiency and decision-making across all stages of the hiring process.
Objectives:
- Discover how to navigate the My Jobs Module
- Confidently screen applicants by viewing resumes and using the power of pre-selection questionnaires
- Learn how to record interview notes and scores within the ATS
- Understand the candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
