This year's winning team came up with a great solution to a problem put forward by the Department of Education and Life Long Learning on how to improve on student well being teams.
The wining team Nikodim Broukhanski (Health PEI), Lennie MacPherson (Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency), Alexandra Shaw (Veterans Affairs Canada), Lynn Trainor (Island Regulatory Affairs Commission) being recognized came up with a great solution to a problem put forward by the Department of Education and Life Long Learning on balancing privacy and consent with early access to the new student well being teams. Their coaches, Kathleen Brennan, from the Department of Environment, Water and Climate Change, and Andrew Trivett, from the University of Prince Edward Island, provided mentorship and advice to the team throughout the five-week competition.
