Psychological Health & Safety General Overview

This session offers a general overview of psychological health and safety in the workplace and is recommended for all employees. Together, we will explore key topics such as the 13 psychosocial factors outlined in the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace, as well as what it means to have a psychologically safe workplace where people feel comfortable speaking up, sharing ideas, asking questions, and raising concerns without fear of negative consequences. Everyone has a role to play in building a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and safe.
