This interactive workshop introduces the concept of psychological safety and its critical role in fostering inclusive, high-performing work environments. Participants will explore how psychological safety—defined as the belief that one can speak up, take risks, and express themselves without fear of negative consequences—is experienced across diverse identities, with particular attention to the needs of equity-deserving groups.

- Develop a foundational understanding of psychological safety and its relevance in organizational settings
- Examine the impact of psychological safety on innovation, collaboration, and team performance
- Reflect on personal experiences and identify conditions that contribute to one’s own sense of psychological safety
