This course introduces participants to the fundamentals of change management, providing practical strategies for managing organizational change effectively. It covers preparation, communication, leadership during transitions, and methods for measuring success.

Learning Objectives:
• Define change management and its importance in organizational success.
• Identify common types of organizational change and their impacts.
• Develop strategies to prepare for change and communicate effectively.
• Apply the five steps of leading through change, including addressing resistance and celebrating success.
• Analyze results to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and identify lessons learned.
