Basic First Aid & CPR-C/AED sessions will be provided by First Aid & Aquatic Safety Training. This is a full day session consisting of knowledge and practical skill performance of basic First Aid, CPR and AEDs, assessments, obstructed airway management, respiratory and circulatory emergencies, wounds and care of unconscious victims. After successful completion of this session participants should have the proper training and skills necessary to respond in emergency situations. A certificate will be provided upon completion.
This training is available for all civil service employees at the cost of $86 + HST which will be invoiced to your department. All participants registering for Basic First Aid training are required to obtain cost approval from their direct supervisor/manager prior to registration.
