Overview
In this interactive workshop, you will have the opportunity to increase your awareness and understanding of the meaning of DAIER, and cultivate skills to apply a DAEIR lens in the workplace.
Objectives
- Learning how worldview affects us;
- Cultivating a positive work culture;
- Understanding power and privledge;
- Identifying biases and microaggressions;
- Being an inclusive leader;
- Increasing skills to apply an inclusion lens when reviewing policies, programs, and procedures;
- Identifying systemic barriers (e.g., racism, colonialism, patriarchy) that can impact inclusion practices.

- Improved policies, programs, and procedures;
- What an inclusion lens looks like;
- Improved team effectiveness.
