Audience: HPEI Hiring Managers
Join us for a comprehensive training session designed to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the new Enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This session will feature role-based training tailored to the unique needs of HPEI HR Teams. Participants will gain hands-on experience with key system functions, such as receiving requisitions, drafting job ads, communicating with candidates, reporting, and offer management. By the end of the session, users will feel equipped to integrate the ATS into their daily workflows, improving efficiency and decision-making across all stages of the hiring process.
Objectives:
- Discover how navigate the My Jobs Module.
- Confidently screen applicants by viewing resumes and using the power of pre-selection questionnaires.
- Learn how to record interview notes and scores within the ATS.
- Understand the referencing process.
- Understanding the offer letter process.
- Learn how to leverage reporting.
