Join us for a comprehensive training session designed to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the new Enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This session will feature role-based training tailored to the unique needs of Staffing Consultants. Participants will gain hands-on experience with key system functions, such as managing questionnaires, creating workflows, candidate screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, communicating with candidates, reporting, referencing and offer management. By the end of the session, users will feel equipped to integrate the ATS into their daily workflows, improving efficiency and decision-making across all stages of the hiring process.
Objectives:
- Learn about the power of questionnaires and how they support candidate screening, interview management and referencing.
- Discover how to effectively navigate candidate profiles and screen for eligibility.
- Walk through how to manage the interview module and how to stay connected with candidates through automated messaging.
- Learn how to collect, track and share references.
- Confidently create and send letters of offer to successful candidates.
