Join us for a comprehensive training session designed to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the new Enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This session will feature role-based training tailored to the unique needs of Principals. Participants will gain hands-on experience with key system functions, such as managing questionnaires, candidate screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, communicating with candidates, reporting, referencing and offer management. By the end of the session, users will feel equipped to integrate the ATS into their daily workflows, improving efficiency and decision-making across all stages of the hiring process.
Objectives:
- Learn about the power of questionnaires and how they support candidate screening, interview management and referencing.
- Discover how to screen candidates for eligibility.
- Walk through how to manage the interview module and how to stay connected with candidates through automated messaging.
- Learn about how to complete the hiring process, collecting references and issuing letters of offer to your successful candidates.
