Did you know that the Government of PEI has a variety of agencies, boards and commissions (ABCs) where individuals can serve as volunteers to support Government policy development, implementation, and enforcement? Engage PEI, overseen by the Executive Council Office, looks after the application process for over 90 ABCs. Some examples of ABCs include the Provincial Apprenticeship Board, Labour Relations Board, Poverty Elimination Council, and the Anti-Racism Table.
These ABCs are a great way for subject matter experts and members of the general public to share their perspectives with Government and become involved in public service.
