Audience:   This program is for members of hybrid teams - employees who are located in-office and remotely, including in different geographies and time zones.

If you’re new to working on a hybrid team or simply unsure of how to adapt your approach for greater effectiveness in a hybrid workplace, then this course is for you. We’ll provide you with the context, clarity, insights and tactics necessary to demystify working effectively in a Hybrid Team.

Specifically, this course will increase your comfort in working in a hybrid environment as you engage with your colleagues and leader in contributing positively to this way of working. This program will help you craft a vision of what effective hybrid work looks like, for you and for your organization, as you very deliberately identify and develop strategies that will help you to thrive.
This is a highly practical course – light on theory – and rich in practical, applicable strategies that you can apply immediately.
