Coaching Skills for Performance Management Part 2

Audience:    Supervisors, Managers, and Directors, or employees involved in coaching others

Part 2 Coaching Skills is an opportunity to extend the skills and knowledge participants gained in Part I after real life application, to address any areas of challenge, review and practice the process. During Part 2, participants will learn how to manage performance issues and tackle difficult conversations in a way that brings out the best in the workforce.

Learning Outcomes: Increased understanding of the key elements in successful PM coaching, areas of challenge and the need for practice and adjustment.

Prerequisite: Part 1 Coaching Skills for Performance Management
