Productivity, Organizational Skills and Time Management

Length:       Full day session (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
Audience:  All employees

Increase mental focus, build your capacity to be productive, procrastinate less and get stuff done, avoid burnout, reduce information overload, manage your time and energy to have sustainable productivity, and feel more balance and happiness.

People who apply the skills covered in this course, experience more success and satisfaction at work and in life, have better focus, higher productivity, improved work performance, improved relationships, more happiness, better health, and reduced conflict. This participatory course will help you gain personal insight into where your challenges lie and learn research-based strategies to support the change you are seeking.

Learning Outcomes:
o    Increased understanding of the basic foundational behaviors for increased productivity, improved organizational skills and effective time management.
o    Identify your energy-draining habits and time wasters.
o    Understand how to increase your capacity to be productive.
o    Understand the impact of the tendency to prefer behaviour and workstyles similar to our own and the importance of valuing and managing differences.
o    Develop an understanding of the impact of increased virtual/remote work on productivity and tools to address online fatigue.
o    Develop a plan to apply the strategies learned to immediately benefit you and your work.
