This course introduces participants to the principles and practices of Lean Six Sigma to gain foundational knowledge of the process improvement methodology, DMAIC framework and associated tools.

- Uncover customer centric approaches
- Identify waste and ways to reduce it
- Examine problem identification and solving techniques
